Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooms are updated but the hotel is showing a few cosmetic issues inside...duct covers, the ceiling in the spa room, our room had paint stripped in the bathroom. All that said, we always stay here for medical appointments, they have an affordable deposit and an excellent breakfast buffet. This morning I had the eggs and sausage and the breakfast buffet attendant is always pleasant.

Overall, our stay was comfortable and uneventful. Room provided a restful night’s sleep after a long day of driving. Guest restroom offered a tub and shower option. There is a guest laundry on the first floor, which is a bit steep in price ($7.50 for a load of laundry to be washed and dried). Front desk did not have enough quarters to purchase, so be advised. Parking is provided but a slight challenge for larger vehicles. Nice facility but not one I would stay at again.

I really like this place—it’s located in a nice town where you don’t see strange people hanging around. The rooms are clean, and a few even have balconies. The hotel offers great amenities, including a fitness room, sauna, pool, and jacuzzis. The breakfast is decent, and the front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Special thanks to Alejandra, who always has a beautiful, friendly smile, and to the young man working the afternoon shift—both made my stay even better

This was a beautifully located hotel. The staff were very friendly. After 7 days of being on the road from Canada, we were happy to see guest laundry, a little pricy for the dryer though as it didn't fully dry our clothes, but very appreciated. The rooms were comfy and the ac cold. The pool was the perfect size for my niece and nephew. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer...

Highly recommended. Would stay again in the future. Very little to complain about. Pros: quiet and location, personally Cons: Internet could be better

Hotel was easy to find. Close to freeway and easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and the staff decorated it very nicely for my mom's birthday. They even provided a bottle of wine! The included breakfast was wonderful: eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, strong coffee. We did not use the pool because it was chilly but it looked nice.

This place is amazing, especially for the $137 I paid for the night. It's so clean, lovely bathroom and very comfortably furnished rooms. It's quiet, there's a spa and exercise room, and best of all, free hot breakfast. The location is fantastic, in a safe nice part of Santa Rosa, and 5 minutes away from gorgeous wine country views. This will be my go to hotel for this area.
